Welcome to rent my beautiful apartment in central Sundbyberg for eleven months (which may be extended). The apartment is fully furnished with all that you need and if you like plants I will leave mine for you to care for. The move in date can be changed to any date in January 2021. One month rent in deposition and one month notice period. The location of this place is amazing, only a short walk from parks and playgrounds, as well as restaurants and stores. All possible communications are within a 10 minute walk. During the summer you can enjoy the sun on the balcony all day, while still falling asleep in a cool bedroom. I am part of the board of the housing association so I am extra careful to find a good tenant.
