Built in 2019, this newly constructed space features top-of-the-line appliances, 3 inviting bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a modern kitchen including an exceptional coffee machine. Our kitchen is equipped with shared amenities, and well have a cleaning service for the common area. All bedrooms are fully furnished (with bed incl. mattress, closet, working desk, and desk chair). The common area is shared (bathroom and kitchen). The deposit is 2 months rent with a private contract or 0-1 months rent with a contract via an official Swedish rental platform (the platform requires the tenant to pay an additional 5,95 fee on top of the rent). The contract is without time limitation You will be sharing the space of the upper 85 sqm apartment with Tomé (32, likes running, snowboarding, and sailing Product Manager in FinTech) and currently Lorenzo (25, likes cooking Italian food, snowboarding and hiking Researcher/Student in Karolinska, aldo Lorenzo is also finishing his thesis, so another room in the apartment will become available from July 1st. If you have a friend youd like to live with, this is a great opportunity to move in together in shared apartment. Location: The apartment is close to a few food stores, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, and Rissne metro station. Plus, if you like nature, the park/forest is super close by as well :) - Metro: The closest metro station is about 5 mins walking from the apartment (Rissne). From the metro station, it then takes 15 mins to get to the City Center via metro. - Bus: The closest bus station is right in front of the apartment (Lavettvägen). Tvärbana: The tvärnana extension just around the corner is being finished soon, which will take you to Kista and Bromma in no time. - Car: You can use the public street parking slots in neighboring streets.
