Built in 2019, this newly constructed space features top-of-the-line appliances, 3 inviting bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a modern kitchen including an exceptional coffee machine. Our kitchen is equipped with shared amenities, and well have a cleaning service for the common area. All bedrooms are fully furnished (with bed/mattress, closet, working desk, and desk chair). The common area is shared (bathroom and kitchen). You will be sharing the space of the upper 85 sqm apartment with Trine and tpn. Location: The apartment is close to a few food stores, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, and Rissne metro station. Plus, if you like nature, the park/forest is super close by as well :) - Metro: The closest metro station is about 5 mins walking from the apartment (Rissne). From the metro station, it then takes 15 mins to get to the City Center via metro. - Bus: The closest bus station is right in front of the apartment (Lavettvägen). Tvärbana: The tvärnana extension just around the corner is being finished soon, which will take you to Kista and Bromma in no time. - Car: You can use the public street parking slots in neighboring streets.
