The apartment is not advertised for meeting its need of payment, so it is well appreciated if you are communicative and friendly, non smoker ,no drink no smoking allowed by whats so ever reason inside the apartment. This shared apartment is a temporary home for some time, thats how I wish my tenant should take care for it.
