Looking for nonsmoker,sober an academic person to share my apartment with my tenants in my absence, Apartment is 2 min walk to Metro in Sundbyberg City. myself assistent nurse and entreprenor who is staying abroad most of the time of year, we cant be exceed more than 4 maximum in 4 room apartment plus two toilets, which is of 100 sq ft and rent include many free accessories such as all kind papers ,cleaning detergents , personal porcelain and towels etc in your inventories in full furnished room ,plus full access to free internet, electricity. Two months full rent has to be paid as deposition with minimum 6 months leasing or a year long but only 1 month deposition with shirt term leasing . No friends and relative visit more than 3 nights, they pay day rent.
