I recently bought this newly-rennovated tworoom apartment and am now looking for a friendly, clean and respectful person to rent the second room, which is about 14 square meters. I live in the other room, and we will share the kitchen and bathroom. The rent includes electricity, internet, laundry, access to the storage unit, bicycle room, and the small gym in the building. Car parking is not included, but it can be arranged for an additional fee if needed. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is only one minutes walk to Lidl downstairs, and one minute walk to both the bus stop and the metro. I work as a researcher near Karolinska, and it takes about 15 minutes to bike there. The apartment is also close to the Mall of Scandinavia, which is about 11 minutes away by bus or 7 minutes by bike. If you enjoy nature, there is a lake nearby (Lötsjön), a 14minute walk or a 3minute bike ride from the apartment. The pictures shown are from when I bought the apartment in February 2026. The room can be set up in advance based on your needs for example with a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelf, or anything else you might need. Just let me know and I see what I can do. The contract can be signed either through Qasa (which charges an additional fee to tenants) or privately. I am comfortable with both options. Since this is an inneboende arrangement (you live with the landlord in same apartment), the length of the rental period can be flexible (for example 1 year) There is no deposit required, and the rent should be paid before the 20th of each month. The notice period can be either one or two months for both parties. This can be decided based on tenants need. I would prefer to rent to students or young professionals under 30. Overnight guests are NOT allowed. What matters most to me is that we get along and that both of us have a pleasant living experience.
