I and my girlfriend have decided to live in her apartment for some time. I am a technical manager in one organization and she works as a senior manager in a bank. My current apartment is available for rent from 1st of July, preferably for long term. I would like someone to move here who will take care of this apartment as his own. Bus stop for Bus 540 is also nearby, though 12 minute walk. There are also hiking and cycling tracks available near by.
