The street where the apartment is located always smells of freshly grinded coffee as a coffee grinding factory is located on the street. The apartment is very close, approximately 150 meters, to Sundbybergs station for subway, pendeltåg (commuter train) and busses. From there its about 10-15 minutes to get to Stockholms central station. The deposition is one months rent and the notice period is two full months.
