Jag vill hyra ett av mina rum som tillhör en 3a i området Sundbyberg/Rissne. Rummet är städat och fin. I hyran ingår internet el och vatten. Du som hyr har tillgång till kök ,gemensam tvättstuga som ligger under huset. Personen som hyr rummet måste vara skötsam, och har ett jobb eller student ,,städning är ett måste eftersom man bor ihop då delar man på hushållet. Uppsägningstiden är på 1 månad. Jag tar deposition du får tillbaka de pengarna vid flytt om allt har sköts bra under tiden du har bott här. Rummet hyrs möblerad. Tyvärr ingen rökare inga husdjur tillåts. Lite info om området du har 5 min till centrum och t-banan bussar nära till vattnet naturen för sköna promenader. Vi provar 3 månader om allt fungerar då förlänger jag kontraktet tills vidare. Rummet är ledig från och med 1a Juni eftersom det är redan någon som bor här tills dess. Tyvärr du som flyttar in kan inte använda min dress. Missköter du dig under tiden du bor här får du ingen depossition tillbaka. Så länge annonsen är uppe finns rummet kvar. Du som hyr kan inte ha postadress här. Serious applicants only, thank you. I want to rent one of my rooms that belongs to a 3a in the Sundbyberg/Rissne area. The room is clean and nice. The rent includes internet, electricity and water. You who rent have access to the kitchen, shared laundry room located under the house. The person renting the room must be tidy, and have a job or student,,,cleaning is a must because you live together then you share the household. The notice period is 1 month. I take a deposit, you get that money back when you move if everything has been taken care of well during the time youve lived here. The room is rented furnished. Sorry no smoking no pets allowed. A little info about the area you have 5 minutes to the center and subway buses close to the water nature for nice walks. We will try for 3 months, if everything works, then I will extend the contract until further notice. The room is available from June 1 as someone is already living here until then. Unfortunately, you who are moving in cannot use my suit. If you misbehave while you live here, you will not get your deposit back. If you are renting, you cannot have a mailing address here.
