Hej, We rent out a nice furnished room of about 9 square metres with a window and wooden floors. The room has a bed, a desk and a wardrobe (outside in the hall). In the rent internet access and electricity is included and you will share the bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and living-room with two people in a three-bedroom apartment of 88 square metres close to Farsta Centrum. The apartment is in a quiet neightbourhood close to nature and the shopping-mall Farsta Centrum. The metro station Farsta is about 10 minutes walk away from the house where you have lots of shops and restaurants, gyms, a library and swimming-hall. The commuter train/pendeltåg station Farsta strand is about 20 minutes walk away and there are buses going there regularly. We are looking for a nice, calm, orderly person with good references.
