Hi Potential Roommate, I hope you are going to enjoy your stay with us. We like to keep it neat around us and we keep a low profile. We have very little social events at home. The apartment is central and near to the subway, bus station, restaurants, club and parks. Very close to the old town, a 10 mins walk and about 20 mins walk to Stockholm city center. The room is under the stairs with no windows for 4500. We call it the Harry Porter Room. So if you are easy going and calm as a person then feel welcome at our home. You will be sharing the kitchen and two bathrooms and we expect you to help with the chores of cleaning and recycling. There is a new and modern laundry in the building and we hace excellent security. The neighbors are wonderful as well. There is two males and three females from different parts of the world staying here at the moment. (Spain, Finland, Sweden, France and Tanzania). A two month deposit will be needed at the signing of the contract and one month notice is the standard upon living before time. Please feel free to come by and have a look and ask any questions.
