hello im going to sublet my apartment 1 october 2025-end of march 2026, while im visiting the us. the apartment is 59 sqm (one bedroom, one living room). it has a private balcony access to shared yard. access to common laundry facilities (tvÄttstuga) is included. the apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and within 6-7 min walking distance to hÖgdalen centrum (with subway connection, supermarkets, gym and more stores). commute distance to city center is approx 30 min (55 min door-to-door to stockholm university). the apartment is in a very nice and calm residential area within close distance of a large park and the forests around rÅgsved. i will rent the apartment fully furnished. the rent will be 8480 sek/month (not including: additional monthly utility costs for electricity, gas and internet). i will sublet the apartment with permission from my landlord (familjebostÄder). this means that the person i rent to has to be approved by the landlord. if youre interested, feel free to reach out to me and tell me a bit about yourself :-)
