hello, ill rent the room to a nice and quiet tenant, whos not working from home. only me and my aquarium is living in this large and bright 3-room apartment of 83m2 with 2 bathrooms, 1 bathtub and a green view on jÄrva field :) even for shorter term is ok rent including all: electricity, wifi, water, heating, sauna, gym , bike -room. wide view from the 4th floor of 5, with an elevator. comfortable doubble bed, green view ,grill under the roof in the garden, disc-golf park and large green jÄrva park behind the house, big public gym with a simming pool 5min away and small free gym in our house. communicatios: ca 6min walk to metro blue line - takes 20min to t-centralen. max 10min walk to tensta centrum shops, doctor, library etc... close to kista mall by bus 517 from right behind the house, or by bike same time ca 20 min. only i live here and im used to share my home with a nice and quite tenants for a few years now :) even ok for a shorter term . welcome to visit me /andrea lÖfquist
