Come live in the best apartment in the most perfect location Ideal for 2 friends, a couple or the small family The location is unmatched It is very central and in the middle of bustling Södermalm, but in a quiet area so its not too rowdy right outside. And its easy to get to anywhere else in the city with public transport and all of Södermalm is within walking distance. Close to shops, restaurants, bars. And close to lots of great playgrounds and schools. It has so much to offer at any stage in life The apartment is optimally planned and feels more spacious than its size. It has a fully equipped kitchen and several new appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher). The living room has a large dining table that is big enough both for eating and working. There is a comfortable pull-out sofa for guests and a TV (small but functional). There are two bedrooms, one larger with a 180cm bed and one smaller with a 120cm bed. The larger one has significant closet space. The smaller one has a two smaller pieces and space under the bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a bathroom with washer and dryer. The building has a laundry room (but Ive never used it thanks to the machines in the apartment). There is also a bicycle room in the building and a full recycling room in our sister building. The building has a spacious elevator. Rent includes internet. But experience has taught me its best (and cheapest) for all parties to exclude electricity. I have the contracts for electricity and just send the amount to be paid each month. If you prefer, it can be included instead. The apartment includes a number of green plants, so bonus if you enjoy watering The plants are very resilient, so no worries if you dont have green fingers - these plants have inspired several previous tenants to dare to have more greenery in their homes - and most tenants have left with cuttings of the plants, bringing a piece of them to their new homes. (And if you really dont want plants, we can remove them) I propose signing for 6 months to begin with, with the potential for extending the lease for up to 2 years total. I will be working abroad for at least 2 years now and plan to sublet the apartment during this time. I just need to figure out some details before I sign a longer lease. I have owned the apartment for 10 years and have spent time abroad before, subletting the whole apartment, most often to 2 friends and once to 1 couple 1 friend. Also works for couple child. I have also had flatmates and shared the apartment. The layout makes it comfortable, each person can have their space even if the apartment isnt huge.
