Room in a villa close to Älvsjö station/fair. I rent out two rooms in a very nice house. They are in the size 10m2 and 12m2. The price is 5000 kr/mounth for the smaller and 5500 kr/mounth for the bigger.The rooms are on the second floor and tenants share bathroom on the first floor. You have part in a very wellequipped kitchen were you can cook only vegetarian food since this is an organic, vegetarian house and those who share that philosophy, will most enjoy living here. Here is also a cat so it is good if you like cats. I work in the basement of the house giving body and soultreatments using etheric oils that smell from flowers so that means the house carry some of that smell, you need not to be sensitive to smell in that sence. When you live here you take part of cleaning the common areas and recykling garbage. You need to be a very clean and responsible person who likes to care about the environment. There is a variety of public communication from here besides the commutertrain. Buses run very frequent in rush hours. You are fluent in english and/or swedish.
