Furnished large bedroom in newly renovated flat - Ullvidevägen - Stockholm available from january 2018 Hello, I am looking for a tenant in a fully furnished flat, the bright room is about 20m2 and is fully furnished and newly renovated. The kitchen and the bathroom are big and nicely equipped. Internet is unlimited and Wi-Fi. The tunnelbana is 15minute walk from the flat but if you are as lazy as me in the morning you can take the bus either to vällingby (green line) or to Spånga for access to city center. The washing machines are in 4sites so you never need to wait for booking and one of them is just across the building. There is plenty of places to shop around, a big coop and Willys in Vinsta, a small corner shop 7min walk from the flat and vällingby centrum for any type of shopping. A deposit of 10000kr is required-of course it would be given back if nothing is damaged during your stay. The rental period is on a month to month basis with one month notice in both side. There is no smoking inside the flat but you are welcome to smoke yourself. About myself, I am a 32 year old French lady who live in share accommodation nearly 10 years ... I am a researcher (cancer research), I work a lot, travel as much as possible but also train and study Swedish... All of this to say, most of the time Im not home but I enjoy some social evenings with housemates around some food or movies...
