Small but splendid apartment in the best area of Södermalm, on a quiet street next to Mariatorget, only 5 mins walk to old town. The space comprises a living room, a small bedroom, a kitchen with breakfast space for 2, a bathroom and a large 13 m2 patio, perfect for barbecues. The kitchen and bathroom are just renovated with high quality materials and fittings. At the moment, there is a custom built loft bed in the livingroom and a single bed in the bedroom. This means 2 friends can easily share the space, or a single person with one kid can stay there. If you like the place but would prefer e.g. a double bed in the bedroom and perhaps to remove the loft bed from the living room, we can of course discuss that.
