A very nice and peaceful area, electricity, heating, water are included. The room is not furnished but there is bed available if one is interested. Room is available for one female tenant with good financial background. I need to see employment certificate. A contract is also needed to sign. Rent for the room is 4000 SEK per month with one month rent in deposit. Attached pictures of the room is taken when it was empty, currently someone is living until 2017-10-31.
