We have five rooms to let in a newly-renovated townhouse in Spånga. The house is 15 minutes walk from Spånga train station, where you can catch a commuter train to T-centralen in 14 minutes. You can also walk to Tensta centrum in 16 minutes. From there, you can take metro blue line to town in 20 minutes. The house is close to Solhemsskogen and Spånga idrottsplats, for outdoor activities and sports. The townhouse has been completed renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, floors and fresh paints. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. Each person will get a reserved shelf in the freezer, and storage space in the kitchen. There are two toilets with showers, and a laundry with washing machine and dryers. The house has both front and back yards. In the front yard is a large deck area where one can relax and enjoy the outdoor. Each room is furnished with bed, top-mattress, desk, chair, drawers and wardrobe. Larger rooms have 120 cm bed. The rent for each room varies according to floor area, and ranges from 3500 kr/month to 5500 kr/month. Room 1: 11 sq m, 120 cm bed Room 2: 8 sq m, 90 cm bed Room 3: 13 sq m, 120 cm bed Room 4: 16 sq m, 120 cm bed Room 5: 16 sq m, 120 cm bed The rent includes heating, electricity, and broadband with WiFi. Parking is available at extra costs. Rent is paid one month in advance. We require one months rent as security deposit, which will be refunded when you move out. We rent out each room to one person only. Although we allow a tenant to have visitor staying overnight, there may have only one visitor staying in the house at a time, and the visitor may not stay more than two consecutive nights. No smoking inside the house, and no pets. We prefer long term tenants, minimum duration 2 months. Contracts can be extended.
