Hi I am renting out my lovely, centrally located student apartment for the upcoming autumn semester, as I am moving to Spain for a research traineeship. The apartment is perfect for an active student or an incoming exchange student looking for a comfortable, reliable home in the heart of Stockholm. Just 10 min by bus from Odenplan and excellent transit connections to both KTH and Stockholm University, both within walking or biking distance. The apartment is very close to water and green areas and has a view of the forest just across the street. This is a perfect combination of city and nature. What is included: The apartment is fully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, plates, and pots. You will have full access to everything. Note: I am currently packing and sorting out my things before the move, so the apartment is a bit cluttered right now Because of this, I havent uploaded full photos of the interior, but I am happy to send pictures upon request or hop on a quick video call to show you the space. Mandatory Requirements: Per the rules of the housing provide, the subtenant must be an actively enrolled student (taking at least 50 credits) at a Swedish university.
