Student housing with an international profile We have available rooms in our student housing on Sköntorpsvägen in Årsta. Our housing offers comfortable, modern apartments to a community of international and local students. The apartments are all one room, with their own bathroom, and are 21 sqm. The rent is 6050 SEK/month. The communal kitchen, which is shared among the students on each floor, is 43 sqm and we provide pots and pans and everything else needed to make a great meal. There is also a laundry room located on the ground floor. Apart from the rent we also charge 300 SEK/month for water, electricity, internet and cleaning of the communal kitchen once per week.
