Hello I am renting my flat for one month starting from the beginning of January (flexible-if someone is interested in renting it since mid-December we can speak about it) to the beginning of February (5th). It is a nice flat located near Tekniska Högskolan. The flat is furnished (and I will leave my stuff as well, although I will leave some space)- it is a very cozy and it has: -Bedroom (with double bed size) -Kitchenette -Bathroom -Living Room I am gonna be away for a month for work. Id like to sublet my flat to clean, responsabile and quite people. It is suitable for one person or a young couple (preferably workers). I work at the university, so whoever is coming for a PhD or postdoc is very welcomed. It is a strategic spot to search for a long term flat.
