Im leasing my apartment for the spring-semester 2019, from the beginning of January till the end of May. You need to be a student in Stockholm for at least 15hp during the period. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It is furnished with couch, bed, tv and desk. The rent is 5500kr each month excluding electricity and internet (which normally is 400kr for both). One months rent in deposit that will be returned to you when you move out. You need to be approved by the rental association which takes about 3 weeks. Additionally, I want you to do a credit check on yourself before signing any contract. You dont smoke or have pets, although you shouldnt be allergic to pets.
