A deposit of 5000 kr must also be paid when moving in. The apartment is 100 smoke/petfree and located in a quiet area 10 min south of Södermalm.From the street outside there are buses going to Midsommarkransen,IKEA,Bagarmossen and Hökarängen. The subway to the central station takes 17 min.
