Internet hookup included. The Bromsten house with the houseguest rooms is on a wooded lot and a 2 minute walk to a forest with trails. About a 10 minute walk to the subway, 5 minute walk to the bus that goes to the train station or one can walk to the Spanga station in about 10 minutes. About 17 minutes downtown from the subway. Often, easy parking available. NO SMOKING in or around property, No pets, No illegal drugs, No irresponsible drinking, No illegal use of the premises. We are quiet, financially responsible, polite, clean people who live here. People with jobs are preferred. We recycle and WE SPEAK ONLY ENGLISH. All references are checked from a required application. Written agreement provided for this green room themed space. Nature is beautiful here in the summer. These are summer pictures.
