Very well connected : five minutes walk distance to the metro station Gärdet and 2 minutes only to the buss stops line 1 and 54. This is a 37 sqm. appartment on the 4th floor with elevator consisting of : - 1 spacious living room with wood floor and a fire place. The living room is extended outside by a south-west oriented balcony, from which the view is clear. - 1 bed room with a bouble bed and room for storage. - 1 fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher. - 1 bathroom with a shower and toilets. - 1 small entrance hall with room for storage. A fully equipped laundry with washing machines and dryers is available in the basement of the same building. The rent includes internet, wifi, TV (with antenna cable), water and warming. The appartment is available on the 16th July 2018.
