The apartment is a 3 room with over 85sqm, but we are using the spare bedroom as storage for our things while you rent the space. As a result, there is a lot of space in the remaining 73sqm for your things. Included is a cleaning service for 3 hours every 2 weeks by a professional cleaning company. This occurs on Tuesdays from 1300 - 1600. They have their own key. The master bedroom as a kingsize bed and a lot of storage. the living area features a 55inch TV with several channels, you can also connect to it with HDMI (provided). Included is an XboxOne and Playstation4. We have a few games. Wifi is 100mbit unlimited upload/download. The sofa will sit more than 5 people. There are 2 eating areas. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher. The bathroom features a bathtub and a washing machine. The Balcony is 10sqm (this 10sqm is additional to the apartment size). Included is an exercise bike. We even have a wooden swing in the living room for hanging out. The island is very small and quite with a couple of small supermarkets and about 10 restaurants. It is 5mins walk the no1 bus, which goes right through the centre of the city, including central station and Arlanda Express train to the airport. Also 15 mins on that bus is Fridhemsplan station that connects you to Blue Line, Green line and flygbussarna to Brommaplan airport. The apartment is by the highway, but its very quiet due to thick windows. For the lightest of sleepers, closing the bedroom door makes it almost impossible to hear. We are looking for single professional or a couple to take the apartment during November, December and January, or part of. Generally speaking, we would rather applicants without pets or kids, we would have to consider it on a case-by-case. No smokers living in the apartment. Its fine to have guests who smoke as long as its on the balcony. Small get-togethers are fine, but no massive neighbourhood-upsetting parties.
