We live in a large 19th-century villa with a generous garden, about 30 minutes door-to-door from Stockholm city. Forests and lakes are nearby, while the house still feels well connected to the city. The available room is about 35 m and located on the upper floor. It takes up nearly half of the top floor and is divided by central doors, naturally separating sleeping and living or work areas almost like a small studio within the house. Large panoramic windows overlook the front garden and bring in daylight throughout the day. The room is part of a shared house where tenants have access to common spaces including a kitchen, living areas, bathrooms and a large garden.
