Hi, We are 2 expats moving in to a great house close to Kärrtorp subway station. The house is big and there is a third room, so we want to rent the third room to someone starting on the first of January. The house has a living surface of 134 m plus a big basement and a nice garden for the sunny days. The house is furnished. The cold rent is 7666.6 SEK per person and then comes electricity, water and internet costs. A total rent of 8000 SEK in average per month per person seems to be a good estimation.
