Hi, We are a couple having a three room 80 M2 Bostadrätt Lägenhet in Lofotengatan near Husby Tunnel Bana (3 minutes by walk). I work as IT Manager and away most of the day. My wife is studying in Stockholm University. We want to rent out one room which is around 20 Square Meter. The living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom and balcony will be shared between us. The rent is 6000 SEK per month (including electricity, Heating and internet) and we can start the contract with 6 months but can be extended. The room can only be rented to a clean, well organized and pet free lady. The apartment is 3 minutes from Husby T-Bana, Super Market and 1 Minute from Bus Stops.
