Fantastic apartment in middle of Stockholm. In corner of Sveavägen & Kungstensgatan, on opposite side of Stockholm School of economics. Living in Spain and rarely in Stockholm so thought we would rent out the place 12 month at time, maybe longer. Will take pictures when I come home end of October. The machines are Gaggenau). 2 min walk to Rådmansgatans Subway station. Apartment can be rented with or without furnitures I guess. Needless to say, will only rent out to responsible people. Prefer to rent out to a company but private persons might also be an alternative with deposit etc.
