Hello My name is Eddie (45 years old) and Im letting one of my bedrooms out on lease. I am a responsible father of two sons. There names are David (17 years old) and Fredrik (nine years old) and live with me every other week. I live a quiet family life, I dont drink alcohol and I dont smoke. I am now looking for one person to share my apartment together with me and my sons. We would share kitchen, bathroom and laundry. You would have your own bedroom and your own fridge and small freezer. Your bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, wardrobe and a small bedside table. Internet, electricity and heating is included in the rent of 4000kr per month which is to be paid one month in advance. Should you move in, you will pay a deposit that will be paid back to you if you left the room in the same shape as you found it and you followed our agreement of one month notice before ending our contract. Originally Im from Nigeria and my two sons mother are Swedish. This means that we are bilingual in our home, but I 100 prefer speaking English before Swedish.
