Jag och min sambo ska åka på utbyte under höstterminen 2018 och hyr därför ut vår fina studentlägenhet. Hyresperioden är runt 22a aug - 18e dec - 43m fullt möblerad badkar - Hyran är på 9500kr med allt inkluderat (el, bredband, tv, möbler) - Öppen planlösning med separat sovrum - Den som står på kontraktet måste vara student på ett universitet i Stockholm och studera minst 15hp/termin. - Vi har två cyklar som ni gärna får låna under hyresperioden - Finns en superfräsch tvättstuga i närheten och cykel och återvinningsrum i fastigheten. - Fantastiskt lummig uteplats Har du några frågor eller vill se fler bilder är det bara att skriva ) Im going for an exchange semester this autumn and are therefore renting my and by boyfriends STUDENT flat out. Its in Central Stockholm in an area called Marieberg, Kungsholmen. - renting period is 22nd of August - 18th of December (end date can be discussed) - 43m fully furnished - rent is 10.000kr with everything included (WiFi, tv-fee, electricity, water, heating) - open space living with separate bedroom - the person whos name that is on the contract has to be a student attending a Swedish University at a minimum of 15hp/semester. - we have two bicycles that you can use during the rental period - access to laundry room in the property next door and amazing recycling room below the flat - really cosy green backyard with access to bbq and outdoor furniture for anyone to use If you have any questions or ant to see more pictures, just send us an email
