Hello I am one of 40 people living in an amazing co-living house with loads of inspiration and friendly people. And at the same time a feeling of private space. Half of us are from Sweden, and half of us are from various different countries. We are looking for new housemates and thats why we text here. Read more below :) Our wonderful co-living house has spots opening up now 1st of March, 1st April and 1st May for long term rental. There are 40 of us living together in a 1000 sqm building at Östermalm in the ages 20-54 years old and from all disciplines and parts of the world. We spread out over four floors and five kitchens and a couple living rooms, a meditation room, 100 sqm co-working space, gym and Humlegården next door. The openings are spots in a double room (Either you sharing with your friend, or a couple moves in together or we connect you with someone to share the room with). We also have two single rooms opening up. What does it cost and what is included All prices include membership to K9 Community. All the rooms get cleaned every second Monday, also the common areas get cleaned every weekday. There is no more cost added than these below. We are only looking for housemates who wants to stay long term, and people live here on contract with until further notice with a 3-month notice policy when moving out. Our landlord takes a 1-month deposition for the rent of the room before moving in.) Single room (12.710 SEK/month). Double room.
