Hi, I am renting out my apartment from April 1st 2018 for a period of one year (with a possible extension of one extra year). The apartment is rented out fully furnished. There is a new dishwasher but no washing machine. There are 4 laundry rooms in the building and you can book them very easily, from one day to the next. The apartment is facing a parc (Lumaparken) and the area is very nice and quiet. There is a tramway 50m outside of the apartment and a ferry 40m away going to Södermalm. The balcony is very large and and gets sun from 1PM to 9PM during the summer. The TV is a new 55-inch smart TV. The bed is 180cm large. The ceiling is very high which gives a very spacious feeling.
