Sovrum: 140cm säng, garderob med gott om klädutrymme. Badrum: Stort bubbelbadkar, handdukstork. Balkong: Västerläge, fin utsikt över Hammarby sjö. Ljus bostadsentre med rymlig hiss. Modernt område med fina promenadstråk längs kanalen. 5 minuter från Hammarbybacken och Nackareservatet. Goda kommunikationsmedel: Det tar max 3 minuter att promenera till Sjöstadsfärgan som är grattis (mot Södermalm) och Tvärbanan vid Luma park (mot t.ex. The apartment is well connected to the city: It takes 3 minutes to walk to either the free boat service (towards Södermalm) or to a tram station (towards for example Gullmarsplan).
