We rent our 1st hand apartment for a long period (at least 6/12 months to start) due to work relocation abroad from the 6th of November 2017. The apartment is located in liljeholmen next to the metro station (2min outside the station) close to all commodities and shopping mall liljeholmstorget and other grocery shops as ICA (the best in Stockholm) COOP and Lildl. Also close access to tramway going from Sickla Ude to Solna, and many buses such as Stockholm buses and Flygbussarna. It takes only 15min to go to the city centre by metro. The apartment, a 1st hand of which we are the owners, is 62 sqm, located on the 2nd floor of a residence built in 1992, has the following characteristics: 1 double bedroom, with 2 double large wardrobes, and king size bed 1,60mx2,00m high quality from MIO) 1 spacious living room (with huge sofa 3,20mx2m, latest edition of TV sony Bravia 4k 48, black leather rocking chair, small glass table and very comfy carpet from MIO) 1 wide and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dinning table) 1 white and shinny bathroom with bathtub with closet to keep it clean and tidy 1 large balcony with view on the private court 1 hall/main entrance The apartment has many windows (in every rooms) which makes of it a very enlightened and warm apartment. Another very important characteristic of the apartment is the amount of storage space that it offers, 3 big closets at the entrance, many drawers in the kitchen, a wall cabinet in the livingroom, and the wardrobes in the room. All your belongings will fit in there. The laundry room is downstairs and has 4 washing machines and 4 dryers The neighbourhood is very quiet, nice and with friendly people. You can take advantage of the sauna and or the swimming pool anytime and as much as you want, that belongs to the residence (you must book them free of charge) or also invite guests as the residence owns 2 overnight apartments (for an extra fee per night). This apartment is ideal for young couple or single person, or even family with 1 recently born baby. We are looking for established and stable tenant, clean, non-smoker, with references, employed with permanent contract (proof of contract and references are required) and who is respectful of the neighbourhood as well as of people belonging (in this case the walls of the apartment). If you are not interested in renting the apartment with furniture we can discuss a contract for unfurnished apartment. Rent has to be paid in advance. Deposit required (will be held on escrow account as per law requirement), and contract is redacted in both English and Swedish according to Swedish law.
