Hey there, Im looking for someone to replace me Im moving out, and the landlord/housemate is happy for me to find someone suitable. The apartment is 99 square metres not half bad, honestly. Situated in Sofo/Meddis, decent location for the city. But of course, the important bit is your bedroom - its 20 square metres with a 160cm bed, plus a fairly sizeable walk-in closet as you can see from the photos in the listing. The bedroom comes furnished with everything you see in the photos, including: Double bed (quite comfortable, in my opinion) Black faux leather armchair with footstool A rather green mat do with that as you will Tall floor lamp Bedside lamp (as seen by the window) Storage racks in the walk-in closet And the bookshelf/desk thing (not entirely sure what to call it) The bedroom also has decent curtains for those bright summer months. The kitchen is well-equipped pretty much everything you need to cook and all that jazz. Theres plenty of storage space for your own food, etc. Standard stuff, really. The main living room has a long table and couch, as shown in the photos. Now, the important topic youll probably want to know who youd be living with Hes a swell dude, pretty laid back, and works in the creative industry. He loves a good chat, but is of course totally respectful of your downtime. Essentially, just a decent guy (oh, hes Swedish). Rent is 8,000 SEK per month, plus a one-month deposit standard stuff and I should say looking for someone long term (sorry six month Erasmus students... no hard feelings).
