Our house is for rent between January 7, 2019 until June 22, 2019. Its a great place for a family to live. Four bedrooms, one really nice home office, two bathrooms, two living rooms, kitchen and a very bright and sunny dining room. We enjoy it a lot. Entrance floor: Kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed (that can be separated), bathroom with shower. Lower floor: Living room, bedroom with bunk bed, bedroom with single bed, home office, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine / tumble dryer, storage areas. The area is great Only 250 meter to T-Aspudden (underground station) which takes you to Södermalm in no time (2 stops) and to the city centre in approximately 10 minutes. You are also close to Essingeleden (E4) and you can park the car in our driveway so no need to look for a parking spot or pay for parking. Biking is also an easy way of getting to the city actually. Aspudden is also close to Lake Mälaren so there are nice paths to walk or run, or stop for a picnic, nearby. A favourite for the children is also Aspuddsparken, a small petting zoo with a large playground. Aspuddens public school is just some 400 meters away, and the International English School (https://engelska.se/) is located a short bus ride away, in Telefonplan.
