Hello, I am renting out a room that is partially furnished (with 2 big wardrobes) is available for rent. Size of apartment is 77sqm with 3 rooms and a storage room.The apartment has been renovated recently and is fresh. It includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. Location is just 3 mins walk from the Kista metro station. And you can pretty much get everything you like in the Kista mall. The subway ride is only 18mins to T centralen. Im looking for a clean and an organised person (one) who has a stable income, with good refs and is animal and smoke free. NO parties etc in the house as well. I work in the city as a product designer myself with a stable job and I am in my early 30s. Im a clam and organised guy myself and like to keep things clean. Im a social guy, like to eat healthy and stay fit. The rent will be 7200 sek, Internet and electricity included. Its 3 mins walk from Kista tbana. It is recently renovated apartment with washing machine, dishwasher etc. 3 months to start with a possibility to extend. The rent contract will be for 3 months at the beginning with 1 months notice on both sides and possible to extend upon good compatibility. Start date: asap I will only respond to mails who are genuinely interested and tell a bit about themselves a bit more than just names. So that we can fix a time to view the place.
