Hi Im looking for a roommate to share my apartment with. Its a newly built house and the apartment is perfect for sharing, well have our own rooms and share the rest of the apartment. The room is unfurnished but it does have a closet so a bed is basically whats needed (I can also help with renting a car). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with all necessities: kitchenware, wifi, washing machine and dryer, fully furnished living room with speakers and smart TV. The room available for rent is the right one in the picture of the apartment, the red paint is a fault in the planning, theres no hole in the wall. Im Swedish, 24 years old and I study my last year of my bachelor in business and economics, besides my studies I work as a personal assistent. I like to work out and to cook. Im looking for a person I can trust, who is social and easy going. I will also prioritize english speakers because I want to improve my spoken english. I have no problems with you bringing people over for beers etc, as long as you check with me before. Everything is included in the rent. Theres also a gym in the house with an extra cost of about 150kr/month. Busses 6 and 55 stop right by the house and take you to Stureplan in 7 minutes and Odenplan in about 10. All universities are nearby, with a walking distance to KTH. The closest metro station is Ropsten and thats the end station of the red line, theres a 5-10 min walk to get there. I plan to study two more years and the room is available until further notice or for as long as I study. Its important that you are honest about how long you plan to live here, since I need to find new tenants if lets say you plan to leave by the summer.
