Location: Traneberg, the area where the apartment is located, is one of the most beautiful and green areas in Stockholm. Its surrounded by water of the Ulvsunda lake, and there are many cliffs and beaches very popular among Stockholmers especially in the summer time. The closest subway station is Alvik and is about 8-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Alvik station is just 10 minutes away from the central station. Internet, gas and electricity are not included in the rent. One months rent deposition and two full months notice period.
