Its surrounded by water of the Ulvsunda lake, and there are many cliffs and beaches very popular among Stockholmers especially in the summer time. The closest subway station is Alvik and is about 8-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Alvik station is just 10 minutes away from the central station. Internet, gas and electricity are not included in the rent and will cost you additionally between 800-1500 SEK/month depending on the speed of the internet and the usage.
