Long term room in friendly flatshare. Are you an open, easy going (likely female) looking for a room in a friendly flatshare with other young students and professionals You will be sharing with two German students (biomedicine) and a Swedish guy studying design. Upstairs, in a separate flat (you will rarely see us), we are two designers, one also a Waldorf teacher/therapist and our 19-year old son. We are all friendly and appreciate a good conversation and direct communication around co-living aspects but at the same time we show a lot of respect for the need for the house to be a quiet place to relax in. So, someone who understands that noise, loud music and other distractions are not possible in a household where most people need it to be calm to study and relax. The flat is in the bottom part of family home in Spånga, 10 minutes to train that takes 12 minutes to Odenplan. Rooms are furnished and you share a bathroom and kitchen with 2-3 other girls. The garden is yours to use and if you plan on staying long term and would like your own little space there for growing vegetables that might be possible. It is important that you are clean and tidy as you are responsible for keeping your room and communal spaces clean and tidy yourselves. We have four cats, but they will only end up near you if they sneak away from upstairs, but if you are allergic this is good to know. For this reason, we are not likely to be able to take in anyone with pets of their own. We do not accept anyone with strong religious or political views and favour a nice friendly climate for all views. Minimum stay 6 months but we will prioritize people staying for a year or longer. The common language is English, and it is important that you are fluent to be considered. We always make great effort to get to know the people who live here a bit before they move in in order to make sure everybody get on.
