Hi I am looking for another flatmate in quite a big flat centrally located in Stockholm (Södermalm sofo). Preferably female around 29-34 years old, because we are all around that age. You need to be employed and have a stable income too. The room is quite roomy (30 kvm). Furnished. There are closets that you can use as well just on the side of the room. You are sharing the rest of the flat too (includes living room, kitchen etc which is furnished as well). The rent is 7,500 sek/monthly, which includes all bills & a cleaner that comes every other week or so. The bills may increase depending on usage so the rent may go up by to another 500 sek a month depending on how much electricity/water we are using. It is just so I can keep the rent where it is always suppose to be. Get in touch if it feels like this may be for you. Date is first of February. Month to month contract to see if it is a good fit if so Im open to a longer contract. First, last and a half a rents deposit upon move in.
