Sunny apartment in Kärrtorp for rent while my dog and I are on vacation. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Kärrtorp subway and 6 minutes from the Björkhagen subway station on the green line. Nearby you have an open and free municipal pool for swimming, the Nacka nature reserve with a chain of lakes and excellent hiking, a large sports arena, the Reflex movie theater, and a few different restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is a cozy 57 m2 with a large bedroom, a smaller bedroom with a loftbed and single bed under that, and a large bed soffa in the living room. The kitchen is spacious with every amenity. The living room and balcony are also spacious, facing west towards the sunset. The rent includes internet, electricty, and tv (Netflix included). I am hoping to rent to someone who can maintain a few plants, and will only rent to a person with good references. Please feel free to respond in Swedish, English or Spanish.
