There are dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. The metro station is 7 minutes walk and it takes less than 19 minutes to T-centralen. There is also a buss station 5 minutes walk and it takes 10 minutes by bus to Kista Mall. Lidl and other supermarkets are few minutes a walk with many fast food shops. Rent: 59000 SEK and includes electricity, water, and internet. One month rent deposit, one months notice from both sides. I am looking for a nice, none smoking ,pet free housemate with a stable economy. (one person only).
