I am renting out my apartment at Kungsholmen / Fridhemsplan Fleminggatan 73, from 1st of December until further notice. I would like to write a contract for a year to begin with. The apartment is light, newly renovated, very quiet (it is looking into the inner yard) and has high ceilings. The apartment has hall with wardrobes, kitchen with all necessary equipment as well as oven and refrigerator. The living room is equipped with sofa bed, TV and has large nice windows. The bathroom is tiled with shower. There is a hanging bad with matrass and a TV. The apartment is rented out furnished with wardrobes, sofa, TVs, mirror, kitchen equipment, cleaning equipment. The Laundry room is in the same house. The apartment is a perfect fit for a person or for a young couple. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and food stores in the area in the distance of a stone throw away. The Fridhemsplan subway is only 2 minutes walking away, as well as the bus stations. One can easily walk to the city center to take the arlanda express or flygbus to the airports. The rent is 12000 kr per month, which includes heat and water. It is required to pay 2 months of deposit, which the property owner will return when the tenant will move out. The tenant should be neat and caring and be able to pay the deposit as well as the monthly rent without any delay. The tenant should be no smoking and no pets. In addition, I prefer to get references from previous landlord (s). I prefer to receive notifications of interest via email. Please send a short description of yourselves.
