I am going abroad for a while so renting my apartment until 31 August. I lived here for 3 years and commuted to Stockholm University, and its been great I enjoyed the quality of the apartment and its proximity to Sodermälm. - Moving-in: as soon as possible, available until 31 August. - Rent: 11,000 SEK per month, including heating and water fees and internet, but excluding electricity. - It has a living space, a separate kitchen, and a small dressing room. - It is furnished with a sofa, small dining table and chairs and others. - Bed is not there, but we can arrange when moving. - 5-7 mins from Farsta Strand Station (both Pendeltåg and T-bana green line) - You can reach Södra Station in 12 minutes and Stockholm City in 15 minutes with Pendeltåg. - Farsta C, a large shopping center is a 10-15 minute walk away.
