From 1.06.2018. A room and common areas for ONE PERSON who likes quietness, for long or short term rentals is for rent by ONE PERSON for 4400 SEK per month (incl. el, water, WiFi, laundry). We prefer to share with young professionals and students. Wed like to receive your presentation as we ask under 1. a) b) c) d). Above the access to the kitchen with all equipment, one of two bathrooms (shower, wc), and the balcony with fantastic views you have a nice furnished bedroom (a bed 90cm, a desk, a bookshelf, a large wardrobe). The place is in 3 min walking distance from the commuter train station Farsta strand (you reach Stockholm City in 15-20 min, Arlanda C in 60 min), in 7-9 min from the Metro Farsta strand or Farsta Centrum (food shops are close to both stations) and 5-10 min to 2 nice lakes and beautiful forests. For the reason to ENJOY rental time we try to find a person with habits matching our. We ask you to PRESENT YOURSELF and your HABITS by e-mail or text messages (SMS) as we ask you under 1. A), B), C) and D). Viewing will be inly after you send e-mails or SMS with all necessary info. Wed be also happy to provide you with more info. 1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF, please, by sending some general info and answering the questions: A) at what time do you usually get up and go to bed on working days and on Sat, Sun, B) what kind of food do you like to cook and how often, C) what do you like to do in your spare time, and D) what does a clean kitchen and a bathroom mean to you. 2. When your habits and standards in some way MATCH ours we would be happy to invite you for viewing and sharing the place. Me and my tenants are hard working and prefer to share the place with a person who likes quietness, relaxing music, cleanness, healthy food and sometimes to have a good laughter together. We are using my home (I am the owner) mostly for feeling good and for resting (going to bed about 23 - 23.30 and up at 6.30-7.30, of course, later on weekends). Please, no smokers, no very intensive smells, unfortunately, no cooking after 23.00 and, sorry, no parties or visitors with overnight. Why Youll share a part of our home. To discuss when we meet: some contract details, articles of common use, linen, possible registration C/O my name and address for you, your mail and insurance (extra deposits). The main deposit of 5000 SEK is to pay after we agree on details in the contract.
